“ Honestly one of the best spots for a dinner date either it is fancy or casual date! I have been here a couple of times. First of all, the food is amazing! Their sourdough bread is warm, fresh, and light! I would highly recommend the patatas bravas! It is easy to eat, flavorful, and the potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft in the inside! Empanadas were juicy, filled with great spices! The ricotta was sweet and compliments well with the hard bread. Tuna has a light but impactful flavor. A hint of salt with a great chewy texture. The drinks were phenomenal! The wines and sangria I would recommend getting! My personal favorite is the red sangria! It's is a strong drink but it tasted sweet! Overall, the staff were very generous and nice. The overall ambiance is very intimate. Low lights, lively atmosphere, and candles on the table. I would recommend going here for a third date! Or maybe with a crush or your ex that you are trying to get back with on Valentine's Day! ”
“ I've eaten dinner in over seventy countries and this stands out as one of the top restaurants. My seventeen-year-old said it was possibly the best meal they've eaten. The ribeye, pork belly, Brussels sprouts, any cheese, are incredible. I'm going back tonight! It's also priced great for such a delicious meal. It also has a nice atmosphere. ”
“ Muy buen restaurante me Encantaron las tapas recomiendo las croquetas de pescado y el Pork belly ”
“ Usually I go to the Brookline location but decided upon this one because of distance to the city and how quickly it was to get there after work. Parking is a pain, there is visitor parking and meters if you want to look for it. Menu is the same as Brookline so if you're comfortable and enjoy what's there, it's the exact same. This location is very big and spacious so I could see them taking walkins but we made a reservation anyway. We came at 6 pm and it was pretty empty but by the time it hit 8pm- it was packed. ”
“ I had previously been to the Brookline location, and can now confirm that the South End location is just as good! We initially went for drinks on a weekend night with no reservation, so it was quite busy and bustling in the space, but a kind bartender was able to spot us in the crowd and serve us. We walked around the South End and came back when our table was ready for some late night tapas and sangria, which did not disappoint on either count! This is in a great location with lots of life around it, and was a super delicious stop for good food and good drinks! ”
“ I've been to various Barcelona locations around the country, but this one has such an awesome vibe! It was quite packed for a Tue night: several birthdays and a private party in the back, the place was hopping! Brandon the GM was a fantastic host to all and treated birthday guests with wine shots from the porron...what a delightful show and the fun was just infectious. Barcelona has some amazing regular items on their menu, but each location features special items based on what the Chef has locally. I tried the pulpo which was quite impressive in its tenderness. The roasted broccolini had delicious char and lemon hint, and the pork belly with pear mostarda was delicious, though the portion was a bit small. The staff here was just stellar: from Isabella who was at the front to Rafael (one of the Managers and also a sommelier) who recommended a fantastic assortment charcuterie based also on his recommended wine pairing to Max who was the other Manager, to Madison was fabulous server, this location is a standout from all the other locations. Great food, fun atmosphere, and a staff who understands what fabulous service means. ”
“ Probably one of my favorite meals in Boston. Super busy on a Sunday night but they were able to seat us without reservations. There is seating outside and insides it is loud and busy inside but still a great date night spot. The service was super quick and friendly. The server always made sure that we were satisfied with our meal and the manager even came by to make sure that we liked our meal. Our server Brian was super helpful with ordering. The food came out super quick and everything was delicious. The housemade bread was amazing! It was so fluffy and came out warm. Perfect to eat with the housemade ricotta. The housemade ricotta came with two slices of toast but the housemade bread was a better pairing. The Aperitivo board was perfect for the two of us! The patatas bravas was delish on the board. We could not stop eating them. Loved the mix of meat and cheese. The pickled veggies were great too! The pulpo was so tender and nicely seasoned. I loved the spicy sauce it came with. The grilled zucchini was not overly cooked and mushy! Loved that it still had a bite and served with a spicy sauce. The paella was great! I like the fact that you can get a half order! Perfect for two! ”
